The Ramblin’ Pushers Chapter was formed in 1990 by a group of Holiday Rambler owners interested in learning more about maintenance of their coaches. From that start of a few couples, the chapter has grown to well over 800 units throughout the United States and Canada. Chapter 419 is a special interest chapter within the Holiday Rambler Recreational Vehicle Club (HRRVC).

Our mission statement is “To provide information to our members to help them properly operate and maintain their respective Holiday Rambler diesel motor homes.” To support that mission the chapter has the following benefits: an Annual Maintenance Session, a quarterly newsletter, an online E-group and our website. These benefits are structured to help both new and veteran Holiday Rambler owners. Of course, a lifetime of Holiday Rambler friends comes along with membership.

The Annual Maintenance Session is held each spring and is five packed days that members eagerly anticipate. Seminars by vendors, suppliers of equipment on our RVs, Monaco and members of the chapter cover every aspect of your motor home. Owners also exchange maintenance tips, issues and solutions at a variety of round table discussions. There are technical sessions designed specifically for the ladies as well as a variety of activities that will hold your interest and teach crafts that can be done in your RV. There are vendors offering those “must have” accessories, dealers with new coaches for sale and service companies performing a variety of inspections, installations, services, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Members attending this event say they are overflowing with useful information by the end of the week and are much better educated. A comment heard often is “we’ll definitely be back next year”.

The Quarterly Newsletter is available to all members and is also posted on our web-site. It includes maintenance tips and solutions, recall information and news on the Chapter activities. Members have reported that the newsletter alone is worth more than the membership fee.

The E-group is an online forum where members may ask questions and exchange information with other members about issues with their motor homes, potential purchases and travel info on sights to see and routes to take or avoid. In many cases other Holiday Rambler owners are the best source of information about a problem you are having. Your normally have several responses to your post within hours not days.

The Chapter web-site is available to the public and also has some areas of member only information. It provides many resources that can help members at a moments notice. Links to other areas such as HRRVC, Holiday Rambler or other useful sites, news releases, upcoming events and other information about the chapter are all available. Want to see what friends are in your campground, take their number and look it up to find their names on our member list.

The Ramblin’ Pushers is a growing and active chapter. The chapter membership has doubled in the last three years as Holiday Rambler diesel pusher owners find out that this is their best resource to better live the RV lifestyle we are all so fortunate to enjoy.
